Somerville Architects and Engineers expands their team

Green Bay, Wisconsin – Somerville, Inc., a full-service architecture and engineering firm has announced the addition of four new staff members.

Lillian Mendez is a Project Architect / Specifications Writer with more than 20 years of professional experience. Mendez has a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Landscape degree from The City College School of Architecture and Environmental Studies in New York, NY. She began her career in New York City where she was born and raised, but with a relocation to Iowa, she quickly became a Midwestern girl. She now calls Wisconsin home and continues to lead, manage and collaborate on projects of varying complexity and magnitude for Somerville.

Anders Sandli, AIA, NCARB is a Project Architect with over 16 years of experience. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Urban Studies and Environmental Studies from St. Olaf College in Minnesota, and a Master of Architecture degree from Iowa State University.  Sandli will focus his efforts mostly in the Healthcare market for the firm, currently working on the Bellin Health Sports Medicine and Orthopedics building in the Green Bay Packer’s Titletown District. He and his wife, Martha reside in Green Bay with their two children.

Collin Arndt is an Architectural Drafter and a recent graduate of the UW-Milwaukee where he received a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies. He is well skilled in various design technologies, including Revit, and is also very talented at hand sketching his designs. Arndt will work closely with our Design Team, utilizing his knowledge of Revit throughout all project phases. Collin is a native of De Pere and is happy to be back living and working in his hometown.

Tamarine Wessing is a Senior Architectural Drafter with a Master of Architecture Degree from UW-Milwaukee and has an expansive knowledge of the latest architectural visualization technologies and software. Wessing is a welcome addition to Somerville’s talented staff of design professionals.  She is currently applying her skills on Divine Savior Academy’s new Early Childhood and Elementary School in Delray, Florida. Tamarine is an Appleton native; she and her husband, Nick reside in Howard with their dog, Ollie.
