SS Edward & Isidore Catholic Church

The initial long-range study addressed expansion requirements to satisfy congregation growth. In 1994, Somerville was again retained to provide another study regarding the feasibility of a new facility that incorporated additional space for social gathering and administrative areas. The study resulted in the design of a 16,000-SF new church addition to seat 750 parishioners with an expanded seating capacity of 1,100. The existing sanctuary was converted to a social hall and the previous social hall was restructured for classroom space.
