The result of this experience creates a reverent, uplifting environment for all who enter.   Client   Location Synopsis                   *Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church   Worship space renovation and addition     Manitowoc, WI     The project for Bethany Lutheran Church included a complete renovation of the worship space, and an addition which increased the seating capacity of the Nave by 75%. This addition added transepts to the plan, changing the geometry from what was previously a long rectangle to that of a cross form, and thereby maximizing worshipper seating in close proximity to the Chancel and Altar.       Nativity of Our Lord Parish   Addition and Remodeling     Green Bay, WI     The design utilized the existing building to its full extent in order to reduce the amount of new construction.       Shepherd of the Bay Lutheran Church   New Worship Center     Ellison Bay, WI     A new 16,675-SF worship and educational facility, which is the culmination of the merger of two Lutheran congregations.       SS Edward & Isidore Catholic Church   New Worship Area and Remodeling     Flintville, WI     A study of the need for new worship space resulted int he design of a 16,000-SF new church addition to seat 750 parishioners with an expanded seating capacity of 1,000.       St. Paul's United Church of Christ   New Worship Center     Oshkosh, WI     A new 12,000-SF church with seating for 275 people and an educational facility, this suburban project replaced an older, urban campus.   © 2007 Somerville, Inc.
