Somerville has embarked upon our sixth decade of providing architecture, engineering and construction services to Bellin. Current projects include a 51,800-SF, three-level power/heating/cooling generation plant connected via a 600 utility and transport tunnel to the main hospital; a 60,000-SF addition of the seventh and eighth floors to the top of the hospital containing both outpatient and inpatient services; and a 135,000-SF new entrance building housing lobby space, diagnostic imaging, a Womens Health Clinic, a new Obstetrical floor, a Cardiac Center and a Medical/Surgical Nursing floor equipped with state-of-the-art infection isolation rooms.
