In accordance with WPS's goal of providing the best energy strategies to its customers, Somerville has designed a new Customer Call Center for its operations. Servicing much of NE Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula, the center handles a high volume of calls and account data, routing them to appropriate worker cells for efficient processing. The building's attractive masonry exterior is highly visible to nearby traffic, and features an impressive metal logo above its entrance to reinforce the WPS corporate brand.
